Hosea 13:14-16

¹⁴ Shall I ^(A)ransom them from the ^[a]power of Sheol?
Shall I redeem them from death?
^(B)O Death, where are your thorns?
O Sheol, where is your sting?
^(C)Compassion will be hidden from My sight.

¹⁵ Though he ^(D)is fruitful among the ^[b]reeds,
An ^(E)east wind will come,
The wind of Yahweh coming up from the wilderness;
And his fountain will ^(F)become dry,
And his spring will be dried up;
It will ^(G)plunder his treasury of every desirable article.
^16 [c]Samaria will be held ^(H)guilty,
For she has ^(I)rebelled against her God.
^(J)They will fall by the ^(K)sword;
Their infants will be ^(L)dashed in pieces,
And their pregnant ^(M)women will be ripped open.
